If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return under our 100 Day Return policy for exchange or online store credit. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
When products are faulty
When a product isn’t up to scratch, it will come under the Consumer Guarantees Act
The Act says products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.
If a product has a minor fault, Devine Fitness equipment can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money. But we will work with you on this
But if the fault is major, it’s your choice whether you opt for a replacement or refund. A major fault means a reasonable consumer wouldn’t have bought the product if they’d known about the problem.
