Frame: 110×52 mm Steel tube, thickness 3 mm according to UNE EN 10219, quality s-275-J0H. Enriched and optimized to maintain a constant section in the bending process, avoiding fragile areas with low breaking speed. Cold bending process with 4-roller system to avoid deformations during the process, maintaining its physical characteristics throughout the piece.
Paint: 50 micron of epoxy primer. Surface coating with two-component epoxy paint of 90 microns, with a high antioxidant level due to humidity and perspiration. High quality pigment with a glossy finish used in the automotive sector. Tunnel painted and dried at 60 °.
Welding: Closed perimeter on structural points and binding plates. Mounting System: Plate – against 10mm thick plate system, avoiding twisting and gaps in areas of high demand. Excellent ergonomic and biomechanical study for each exercise.
Shaft: 10mm laser cut plate reinforced with another 10mm plate for proper breaking movement or distortion caused by use and loading.
